Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 days after payment is received.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery estimates start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, postal strikes).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We currently ship to: Australia and New Zealand
If your location is not listed, please contact us at hi@emxriding.com to see if we can arrange delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage.
    We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
